This privacy policy governs your use of mobile app Art Worldwide ("Application") for mobile devices that was created by XXLLab.de.
Your fotos will be uploaded for worldwide pleasure. User can show, vote, report and share the art works at the public domain.
User Provided Information
The Application do not need or collect any personal information.
But if you create an own gallery you have to sign in with an email address. This email is stored as account data only.
And if you subscribe to newsletter your email ist store to deliver this newsletter. If you unsuscribe the newsletter your email will removed from database.
Automatically Collected Information
When the user upload or download pictures the remote webserver collects certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
This all is stored in the webservers log file as usual.
Data are stored only and used only to guarantee the obvious functions of the application.
Precise real time location information of the device
Localtime and geolocation are stored in the applications remote database when the user take a photo and upload it.
This is used for visualize the photos location and time on Google Maps.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
No. Data are not shared with third parties.
But if you press the share button you can share pictures via Facebook, WhatsApp, email and other services. These services are offered by your phone for selection.

What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile app marketplace or network.
